🗣 I don’t know what people pleaser needs to hear this but you can say NO. You aren’t the only one that can do that task or be there for someone. Your needs matter, too. I know you might be afraid that people won’t love you anymore outside of what you can do for them but that’s not true.
You don’t have to sacrifice yourself consistently for others - there is another option.

I quit my job & congrats are in order 🥂 Since healing my belonging wound, it’s not as hard for me to leave spaces I know aren’t meant for me. In the video, I mentioned that I followed my heart & it’s true. Just because you followed your heart doesn’t mean it’s mean to last forever. Whenever you say yes to what your spirit is saying, you say yes to God.
I’m excited for this new chapter of my life - and I know that all these lessons I’ve learned will help me in the new place I go. May God continue to order aligned steps 🫶🏽 Back to bring a full time creator for now - but I’m showing up even better this time around.

It’s been a lot of stepping outside of my comfort zone lately! I saw a tik tok recently that had the message that doing something poorly is more important than not doing it at all. @flossybaby mentioned “perfectionism is a funeral ground” and she’s absolutely right!
The #1 thing I’m most proud of doing this week is publishing my first ever CHIT CHAT GRWM on YouTube. I was so nervous bc I hadn’t created in this format before but it turned out beautifully. Click the link in my bio to watch 🤍

If you’ve been keeping up with my story, you know I’ve been feeling down/discouraged when it comes to content. Mostly because of technical difficulties & feeling like as soon as I find my footing I get knocked off again. But we MOVE. Only way to go, is up and ima keep making it work with what I have.

I recently got the @ocedarclean spin mop and I love it! I have to mop my floors every week or it truly bothers me. After using it once, I did notice it picked up a lot more dirt than the swifter I was using. I did think the floors would be way dirtier because my apartment gets dusty fast.
I’ll be using it again today for my sunday reset so I’ll update you on how clean the floors stayed over this past week. I linked the mop under “shop my faves” - 🔗 in bio + on my story 🤍
