What do you get someone that can get themselves anything? Experiences! I surprised my mom with a lipstick making class at @myxblendbar for her birthday and we had SOOOO much fun!! 🤍
The process was really fascinating and we got a couple of tries to make sure it was a shade we liked. You could add scents and any other additions like plumper. At the end we got to name our shades & I named mine “JUICY” 🤭
I’m happy that my mom finally found her perfect red lipstick! 10/10 recommend 🤍💋
Now let’s decide this, are me and my mom twins or nah? LOL

1. I had a photoshoot for my launch & 2 strangers were holding the sheet behind me to make sure it stayed still. I love community!!
2. Weekly pilates w/ @sweatandsoulstudios via @classpass 🫶🏽 you can get a free 2 week trial via my bio!
3. Went to a singles happy hour event w/ my girl and needless to say, we didn’t meet anyone LOL
4. My faves @stevemadden
5. A spooky night! The first time I’ve ever made a pizza myself 🥺 my inner child was smiling!
6. My mom + cousin visited me for the first time & we had an amazing time!!
7. These pork chops were DIVINEEEE!!!
8. Haven’t gone to the sauna in ages but really enjoyed it!
9. I was down bad with a virus so here’s my grocery haul from all your suggestions. So glad to say I have my voice back!

Well. 🤭 that day has come! I’m SOOOO excited to be introducing you to my new baby: @returntobloomcounseling 🤍
I’m an entrepreneur at heart yet there’s so much responsibility that comes with it and I was tryna escape it at every turn.
Scared of failure.
Scared of success.
Scared of responsibility.
God recently pulled me out of environments that simply weren’t for me which prompted me to start my own therapy private practice. I couldn’t help people the way I wanted to and the right people had trouble finding me. No matter what place I worked at, it literally did NOT work out. The most recent ending made me realize it was time I started fully trusting in the path God was creating for me.
I knew this was in my future but I never would’ve thought it would happen so soon! I was born to help people heal. That’s a fact. But I’m not for everyone. The people I am for, leave my presence being deeply touched and it’s a true honor to be a vessel.
To the Keionna who felt deeply misunderstood, we did it! You have nothing to prove to anyone.

September dump! Happy October 🤍 In order to get back on track, I planned Q4 then broke those goals down into months. I know exactly what I want and I plan on being intentional about staying ready for all these amazing opportunities. I’m expecting them!
Yesterday I was reminded of how important community is so I encourage you to get w/ a friend for goal setting! Just because you can do it alone, doesn’t mean you HAVE to. Life can be so isolating and lonely especially in the fall so make the effort to connect with those around you.

My first time seeing Beyoncé and it still feels SO unreal. 😭🫶🏽
I’ve felt so discombobulated ever since Sunday night!! All I have to say right now is… Beyoncé truly meant it when she said “I’m one of one”. No one is in her league - not even close. The feet aches and lost voice was 1000% worth it.

Over planning is a manifestation of perfectionism & procrastination.
I came across these pictures yesterday and I immediately felt nostalgia. I admire the 2021 version of myself because she was sooo confident. I’m just now getting my confidence back and I couldn’t be happier 🥺
The gag is, my confidence has little to do with my appearance and everything to do with the actions I take. I want something? I take the necessary steps to go get it AND hold myself accountable with the actions I don’t take.
I no longer punish myself for falling short. Once I accepted the responsibility of my dream, accountability came a lot easier.
At some point you have to put the planner, the to do list & the script down and trust yourself to take the best action you can in real life. This new chapter I’m about to walk in, is just that.
There’s a lot of movement going on & I’m so excited to share with y’all in due time 🫶🏽 it’s lock in sznnnn.

Since the summer is basically over according to y’all (*rolls eyes*) lemme share a summer highlight! ✨ Spending a few days solo at the @citizenm in downtown LA was amazingggg + a great central location. I was able to walk to the places I wanted to go like coffee shops, restaurants, museums, etc.
I stayed at the Times Square location in 2021 & it’s the perf hotel room for one person or for a duo. I didn’t realize how many features it had that I missed out on during my last stay. My favorite thing about staying here was the view, ipad controls + the many places to work.
